The Downers Grove Hospitality Alliance is serving up another restaurant week, Great Meals and Extraordinary Deals, today through April 25 and for dessert, there’s a tempting contest.
The more participating restaurants you visit, the better your chance to win a $200 cash prize , a $100 downtown Downers Grove gift certificate or Downers Grove gift certificates. Entry ballots will be distributed by servers at the participating eateries, which each will feature a prix-fixe lunch for $15 and a prix-fixe dinner for $25 (excluding beverages, tax and gratuity).

Attended the ‘soft opening’ of Another Round on Saturday night, liked it so much I went back to watch the Blackhawks game Sunday. I think our our downtown has a real winner in a location that has been a veritable revolving door of restaurant concepts over the last 10 years. So many flatscreen tv’s you’ll need several extra sets of eyes to follow all the action, and Magic Hat of tap (!)
