Diamond Bank to acquire DGN

The Chicago Tribune reports that Chicago-based Diamond Bank will acquire Downers Grove National Bank in a cash transaction.  No word on the purchase price. Founded in 1955, the privately held Downers Grove bank has assets of $266.9 million, according to the Tribune.
