The Village of Downers Grove is reporting on its website that Laborers’ District Council of Chicago, Local 150 of the International Union of Operating Engineers and a consortium of local contractors have reached a tentative agreement. Village settles underpass suit

Updated: Nov. 11 The village and Metra agreed to pay resident Therese Brzesinski $10,000 plus an additional $2,500 landscaping allowance to settle a February lawsuit challenging the rezoning of property in conjunction with the Belmont underpass project.
