Village preps for coming storm

In preparation for the six to 10 inches of snow expected to fall between tonight and Wednesday morning, the village public works department applied anti-icing treatments to Main Street and Fairview Avenue earlier today.

Public Works Director Nan Newlon gave a timely report on the village’s snow removal effort at Tuesday’s village council workshop meeting.
